The UL endorsement is welcome recognition that McCain is at once the most electable AND most conservative of the top tier candidates. Both McCain & Giuliani poll within the margin of error of HR Clinton in national polls, but McCain does better in key battleground states of the southwest and midwest. Romney is by far the WORST performer vs. Dems, double digits behind the field, a sure loser.
