Delaware Senator Joe Biden will be back in New Hampshire on October 14th. Senator Biden will be speaking at Cheshire County Democrats Annual Spaghetti Dinner in Keene. Dinner starts at 6:30, so guests are being told not to expect to leave until about midnight.
