Rudy Giuliani has begun airing three radio ads in New Hampshire. The first ad titled "Out of Control" highlights Rudy's record as Mayor of New York. The other two ads, called "Will Do" and "Garbage Can" focuses on Giuliani's "12 Commitments to the American People."
