Dodd Touts Energy and NH Primary

This evening, Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd began a three day swing through New Hampshire. Dodd spend the night at T.R. Brennan's for a reception honoring State Senator Betsi DeVries. Here's the story from AP's Phil Elliott:

"Democratic presidential hopeful Chris Dodd told New Hampshire Democrats on Thursday they are the "surrogates for the nation" - and that more of them should be paying attention to him."
