South Carolina Senator Lindsay Graham participated in the annual Belknap County Republican annual Lincoln Day cruise aboard the MS Mount Washington. Aboard the MS Mount Washington, Graham told the crowd that:
"New Hampshire is the only thing between a Madison Avenue president and a president of the people. It's the last place in the country that you have to run for president like your running for sheriff."
