Today, Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd visited the state for the tenth time. Events included house parties in Laconia, Barrington and Portsmouth.
Throughout the day, the Senator spend the majority of his time discussing his vote against the Iraq supplemental bill. During a meeting before the Concord Monitor's editorial board, Dodd said "The status quo doesn’t seem to be getting us anything but a wholesale slaughter.” Later at a Portsmouth house party, hosted by Michael King and JoAnn Actis-Grande, Dodd told the group, "What's courageous about doing what's right?
