McCain: Immigration Status Quo Is Unacceptable

This morning Arizona Senator John McCain spoke to New Hampshire reporters. McCain spend a part of his time defending his support for the recent Senate immigration proposal. McCain told reporters, "I think we can agree the status quo is unacceptable. I think we can agree that unless we have 60 votes in the Senate, we're not going to get anything done. I think we can say unless the president is heavily engaged, it's not going to work."
