Human Rights Campaign Opens Concord Office

The Human Rights Campaign will host a reception for the grand opening of its new office in Concord, New Hampshire, on Wednesday, September 12th at 4 p.m. The office will serve as the base for HRC's activities to raise visibility of issues of concern to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community during the presidential primaries. Several members of the New Hampshire State Legislature will attend the event, including Senate President Sylvia Larsen, Sen. Maggie Hassan, Sen. Harold Janeway, Sen. Kathy Sgambati, Rep. Dana Hillard, Rep. Jane Kelley, Rep. James Kennedy, Rep. Jim Ryan, and Rep. Mo Baxley, who also serves as Executive Director of the New Hampshire Freedom to Marry Coalition. Other guests include New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair, Raymond Buckley, and Political Director, Delana Jones; Candidate for U.S. Senate, Katrina Swett; Steve Howard of the Global AIDS Project; Marty Rouse, HRC National Field Director; and David Wilson, HRC Board member.
