New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson will be the guest speaker at the Portsmouth Democrats Annual Banquet. The event is Friday, October 12th, from 6-10 pm, at the Sheraton Harborside in Portsmouth. Tickets are $35 and the registration deadline is October 5th.
