Killion: Romney "Walks The Walk"

Before a crowd of 35 supporters and campaign workers, Mitt Romney's son Tagg opened the Romney Manchester headquarters. Tagg told the crowd that Romney is running for "Joe and his generation." Joe is the younger son of Tagg. In response to a question on abortion, Tagg said that his "whole family is pro-life." Tagg delivered his remarks in front of a blue bulletin board covered with Mitt Romney signs and a sign that read "sMITTen 08." The office's first floor houses campaign offices and tables for volunteers. We're told that the second floor has the potential to hold up to 250 volunteers. In a sign that Romney has a serious chance in New Hampshire, Rich Killion who is regarded as a media mastermind and is a consultant to the Romney campaign, told us that Romney "lives his values daily" and "walks the walk."

It was good to see former Gov. Mitt Romney moving up in the New Hampshire poll.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a contributor on the Elect Romney in 2008 website.

I was first attracted to the Romney candidacy last fall when I heard Mr. Romney deliver a very strong pro-life speech on a St. Louis Christian radio station.

Since this issue is important to me, I started researching Mr. Romney's positions and came away with the feeling that he best represents the interests of that part of the electorate that holds the late President Ronald Reagan in high esteem.

Gov. Romney's list of official endorsements is very impressive, especially considering that his official candidacy is less that three months old.

I have bookmarked this site and will be returning often as I view the unfolding events of the 2008 campaign and look forward to engaging in the ongoing dialogue.
