Today, Rasmussen released a poll showing Rudy Giuliani at 13 percent. The poll also has John McCain gaining 27 percent, that is within 5 points of Mitt Romney. Earlier today CNN/WMUR released a poll that had Romney at 34% and McCain at 22%.

Romney: 31%
McCain: 27%
Giuliani: 13%
Huckabee: 11%
Paul: 7%
Thompson: 3%
