Governor Bill Richardson returns to the Granite State next week for a two-day campaign swing with a heavy focus on education. Governor Richardson will unveil his national education policy at Manchester High School West and participate in the NEA's "School House to the White House" event, spending a morning in the classroom of a New Hampshire elementary school.
