Sen. Biden will then hit the New Hampshire campaign trail that evening when he addresses the College Convention 2008 in Manchester. On Thursday, he will speak to residents at the Havenwood Retirement Community in Concord, speak at the SeaCoast Online's Town Hall Forum in Stratham and attend a meet and greet with local activists in Hampton.
