U.S. Senator John McCain today issued the following statement on participating in the WMUR/ABC News/Facebook New Hampshire debate to be held Saturday, January 5, 2008 and the NH Republican Party/Fox News debate scheduled for Sunday, January 6, 2008:
"I look forward to these important opportunities to speak directly to New Hampshire voters about my experience and vision for America's future. Granite State voters take their role in electing the next president seriously, and deserve an honest debate with straight talk on the challenges facing our country."
